Hello, I am finally here again to update my blog.
Today I gonna blog about how I made myself a healthy breakfast.
I felt quite guilty because of too much of unhealthy FOODSSSS during the holidays :/
So, I've been searching through Youtube to get some simple and healthy breakfast recipe. I found that the easiest recipe was these, Oatmeal.
A perfect and healthy way to start your day is having a bowl of oatmeal. You might be thinking oatmeal is tasteless and plain but it is healthy, so no choice. You can actually add any topping to your oatmeal to make it more interesting. Fruits are the best combination to match with oatmeal.

Okay, let's get started!
For the oatmeal I choose Quaker Instant Oatmeal, and some of the Whole Grain Cereal for topping to add some crunchiness to the oatmeal. I personally love walnuts, almonds and banana so this cereal is just perfect for me.
I also get some fresh banana for the extra flavor. You can also add some honey in case you don't want it to be tasteless.
Firstly,
add 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal into your bowl. (It depends how much you want to eat) After that add around 60ml of hot water into the bowl and stir it until mix well. You can add more water if you don't want it turns out too dry.
Now you can add your topping.
You can add strawberries, blueberry or whatever you like. For myself, I will add my favorite, banana and some honey. I will also add some cereal to add some crunchiness to the oatmeal.
Here it is my healthy breakfast.
